In our daily life, we try to be so much carried away from the view or perspective of friends and family or the internet that we simply forget what we really need by heart. Sometimes, we need to know that people play the manipulative game which you never would know about or they themselves might not be sure about the game. Our life is so much guided by algorithms that we just trust what we see on the internet or what we see when we meet somebody.
It is required to analyze ourselves after asking for help. Critical thinking is required that would help us know the exact fact about things. As Yuval Noah Harari, the author had mentioned that we are so much guided by the thing we see that we cannot know what is our core values, strength, or attitudes. We become so much carried away with the situations sometimes. Maybe to resolve something or deal with it.
It could occur many times in our life that we have so many options in our lives. Certainly, in some parts of countries where there are no proper political rights, people have few choices. But then, for a country like Nepal, where individuals can responsibly decide what they want, there are so many factors to decide. The decision either lead to a good lesson, success, or just a waste of time. We tend to be some much carried away here as we regret the decision we don’t take. Maybe the economists explain it well but for me, I feel like when we get carried away from the thought of other people, we tend to believe in their logic, their motivations for us to guide. The consequence is in the world of finding the purpose of ourselves, we tend to become so much of the people whom we would trust the most. We tend to analyze things more from their perspective than thinking on our own. We have become human with judgments, hypocrite, impulsion, and overpowered.
This will lead us to step more backward in our purpose to become ourselves. Maybe ‘be yourself’ is itself in doubt. However, if we meditate and think about what we really want in life, we could achieve what we really care about or work on it. Still, a the saying of Harrari, and somewhat similar to Adhi yogi, who wrote about how experiencing ourselves can help to relate than by reading. So yes, the thing is let’s focus on ourselves although we are going to become individualistic or selfish as some people call it. However, let’s try to find out what we really want in life. After all, we have to die once. Why not think about the reincarnation thing from the perspective of Hinduism?
